Quality Assurance and Certification

Which quality system, tolerance class and inspection documents come with every shipment? ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 cover the management system; each batch is checked for dimensions, hardness and material against ISO 492 (P5/P6), with an inspection report enclosed as batch documentation.

ISO 9001
Certified quality management system for the manufacture, testing and supply of rolling bearings.
IATF 16949
Automotive-specific QMS based on ISO 9001 – for OEM and Tier 1 supply in powertrain and driveline applications.
ISO 492
Tolerance classes P5 and P6 for rolling bearings: dimensional, angular and running accuracy are checked per lot against the drawing.
EN 12080
Requirements for rolling bearings covering raceway runout and heat generation – the basis for selecting P5/P6 delivery values.
Inspection report per batch
Measurement protocol with dimensional tolerances, hardness (Rockwell per DIN ISO 6508) and EN 10204 3.1 material certificate enclosed with the shipment.
RoHS / REACH
Declaration of conformity for EU regulations (EU) 2011/65 (RoHS) and (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACH) for rolling bearing components.

Common market-entry requirements; applicability and documentation are subject to the destination country's current regulations and mutual confirmation.

From RFQ to delivery: a fixed six-step chain

  1. STEP 01

    1. RFQ and bearing selection

Send us bore, OD, width, load rating, tolerance class and application; we confirm the deep groove or angular contact series within one working day.

  2. STEP 02

    2. Drawing and inspection plan agreed

Bore tolerance, P5/P6 class, preload for matched pairs and the datum scheme are written into the drawing and inspection plan before tooling begins.

  3. STEP 03

    3. Quotation with lead time

You receive unit price, a 25-35 day lead time, MOQ, packing and payment terms; standard catalogue sizes carry no tooling cost.

  4. STEP 04

    4. Production and in-process control

Heat treatment, grinding and assembly run to the agreed plan; we log raceway roundness, dimensions and hardness against the inspection plan.

  5. STEP 05

    5. Third-party inspection

A pre-shipment inspection by SGS, TÜV or your appointed inspector checks quantity, dimensions and marking; failed lots are reworked, not shipped.

  6. STEP 06

    6. Shipment and documents

Every shipment leaves with commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of conformance, dimensional report and material certificate for 100Cr6 steel.

FAQ: MOQ, lead time, samples, inspection documents, packing and warranty

What is the minimum order quantity? Can angular contact bearings be supplied as sets?

MOQ is 50 pcs for standard models; mixed-model orders are welcome. Angular contact bearings are quoted and matched as pairs, with preload and clearance specified in the order.

How long from order confirmation to shipment?

Stocked models ship in 3–5 days; non-standard or custom sizes take 25–35 days. Lead time is stated on the order confirmation, so we recommend booking production two weeks ahead in peak season.

Can we send samples first? How are samples charged?

Samples of 2–5 pcs within the 608–7018 range are sent free with freight collect; sample cost is deducted from the order value once production starts.

Which inspection and quality documents come with the goods?

Each batch ships with a spot-check report on dimensions and radial clearance, plus material grade and hardness reports. Certificates are issued under ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 systems; factory audits can be arranged on request.

How are packing and shipping handled?

Each piece is packed in its own carton with anti-rust oil film, containerized for export, with shipping marks customized as required. We ship both FCL by sea and air express, and can quote FCA, FOB or CIF.

What is the warranty period? How are quality issues handled?

Warranty is 12 months. For non-human causes such as rust, flaking or out-of-tolerance clearance, replacement or refund is provided based on batch number and photos, with after-sales response within 3 working days.
